Parrotville hopes that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

In the event that you are not please let us know.

All returns must not be over 15 days after purchase.

Return shipping is at customer expense.

Returns may also be brought to the store for credit or exchange.

Upon receiving the exchange it will be checked over, if the product is out of the original package

or is broken it is not returnable.

Food products are NOT returnable for health reasons.

Returns will be credited in the same manner as the original purchase Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Etc.

Orders over $50 will receive free shipping!

All other orders are as follows:

Up to $9.99 - $5.00

$10.99 to $19.99 - $7.00

$20.00 to $29.99 - $10.00

$30.00 to $49.99 - $12.00

$50.00 and Up - FREE

All items will be sent using standard ground shipping.

We do not ship any of our cages and playgrounds.

All cages and playgrounds must be purchased in store only.
