Great family bird! 

One of the best type of birds to get for a family with kids, or for

someone who has never had a bird before.

Some possible talking ability, but can be limited, although males can be very good at whistling.

Can learn to whistle songs. 

Only males talk and whistle.

There are many different colors and mutations of cockatiels.
